The Office Manager provides overall administrative support for the firm and its Senior Management Officers. The OM is responsible for smooth day-to-day facilities operations, providing a wide range of office management and support to the company including office technology, telecommunication, appointments/calendar, client data management, meeting arrangements, organizing firm marketing functions and general accounting & bookkeeping. The OM additionally supports the Employee Benefits Specialist by providing back office support for clients and vendors.
